Frequently Asked Questions
Online Coaching vs Physical Coaching
Physical coaching can be good as it allows face-to-face contact. These coaches however, will be busier overall and will have less time to spend on each individual. Online coaching cuts out all the unnecessary meeting and allows us coaches to view the data you produce quantitatively so we can make the perfect adjustments.
Online Coaching vs PTs
Personal training can be good for those getting started as it allows someone who "knows what they're doing" to show you around the gym. Don't be fooled, as many personal trainers are lazy and give the same hour's training block to every single client, not taking into account their individual needs. Online coaching also covers the nutrition aspect of training, which is the biggest factor that holds people back. Regular adjustments can be made too, allowing you to progress rather than coast along with your weekly personal training sessions. Online coaching is also generally cheaper than buying personal training blocks!
I have specific goals or needs, can you accomodate?
Absolutely! Plans can be tailored completely to align with what you want from an Online Coach. Each individual is different and everyone has different goals.
